Close cooperation with top Industrial Associations
Strong relationship with partners like the Telecom Council, IATA and GSMA
A strong industrial partnership ecosystem is fundamental to achieve sustained growth and positioning over the long-term. Building on 2019 industry cooperation successes, Unmanned Life has continued to provide thought leadership and technology contributions to raise awareness of the potential of the autonomous economy across sectors. Sustained relations with major Industrial Associations like Telecom Council, IATA and GSMA confirms the interest of industry in Unmanned Life´s key value proposition.
Partnership between Unmanned Life & Deutsche Telekom
to unleash the potential of 5G enabled Autonomous services across Europe
Deutsche Telekom — one of the leading global Telco providers, has joined forces with Unmanned Life to announce the official commercial launch of the 5G network and 5G enabled autonomy services during the ‘European 5G Ecosystem Launch’, held in Berlin on 3rd July.
An unparalleled ecosystem composed of leading telco partners, deep technology start-ups, and civil society associations witnessed Unmanned Life’s world’s first and only deployment of swarms composed of autonomous robots and drones, all through DT’s 5G network and Edge computing infrastructure.
Unmanned Life’s unparalleled capabilities in this pace was highly regarded by this ecosystem, especially among DT’s C-level executives like Claudia NEMAT, Board member responsible for 5G technology and Innovation, who confirmed during her speech, the crucial role of Unmanned Life’s partnership in unleashing the potential of 5G enabled services in Europe.
Selected by the EU for its flagship 5G deployment
as part of a consortium of industrial leaders
The European Union has selected Unmanned life to be the platform of choice for its #5G Autonomy-as-a-Service roll-out across Europe.
We are honoured to be part of a consortium of industrial leaders Airbus, Nokia, Orange and Thales as the key partner for the European Union’s groundbreaking flagship 5G Drones Programme, which is a world-first in itself.
Unmanned Life secured this flagship high-profile contract from the European Union to drive the deployment of AI-driven Autonomy over 5G across Europe for multiple industry verticals.
The main role of Unmanned Life in this consortium will be to bring its AI for Autonomy software platform’s capabilities and expertise to enable these challenging use cases in the areas of ‘UAV Traffic Management’, ‘Public Safety’ (i.e. Monitoring wildfire, disaster recovery), ‘Situation Awareness’ (i.e. Infrastructure inspection, UAV enhanced IoT data collection) and UAV based connectivity in crowded environments, over 5G networks.
