Unmanned Life is thrilled to be selected for the 2020 cohort of Fuel – Walmart

Unmanned Life is thrilled to be selected for the 2020 cohort of Fuel, an enterprise-ready accelerator based in Arkansas (Walmart’s global HQ), which selects cutting-edge startups in the domain of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) applied to local enterprises including supply chain optimization, last-mile delivery, warehouse automation, sensor technologies, and predictive analytics. Fuel is focused on growth stage companies that are scaling up and the primary goal of the accelerator is for cohort companies to leave with commercial agreements with logistics behemoths like Walmart and other corporate partners like JB Hunt and Tyson Foods.

The day-to-day on-ground program will be led by RevUnit, digital transformation partner to some of the world’s largest enterprises and StartupJunkie, a mission-driven entrepreneurial support organization backed by the Walton Family Foundation (the nonprofit affiliated with Walmart’s founding family).

“By combining the strength of Walmart and the speed of startups, this partnership will accelerate innovation and support our efforts to maintain a best-in-class supply chain.” Greg Smith, EVP of Supply Chain at Walmart U.S, said in an interview with TechCrunch on similar startup programs.
