Highlights of UL’s presence at Hannover Messe 2022
More than 200,000 people attend the annual event, which covers six different topics, and this year Unmanned Life got the opportunity to show the performance of its platform using a live demo with drones
HANNOVER MESSE (view) is the world’s leading convergence of industrial automation and technology, the very definition of industry 4.0. More than 200,000 people attend the annual event, which covers six different topics, and this year Unmanned Life got the opportunity to show the performance of its platform using a live demo with drones, such as those used in logistics or for automated surveillance as part of Telefonica Germany, Telefonica Iot Deutschland‘s stand.
LIVE DEMOS 30th May – 02nd June
With a packed schedule for the event, we managed to do 85 LIVE demos showcasing our autonomous orchestration of robotics. This was just a small-scale demonstration to highlight the power and capabilities of our software platform and what it can achieve on a larger more commercial scale. We enable robots to intelligently see, think, and act through our diverse and distinctive software platform which allows a swarm of heterogenous robots to work and communicate collaboratively. The foundation lies on our powerful central system, one of its kind technology, corresponding algorithms with deep learning and artificial intelligence.
VP OF BUSINESS AND MARKETING, JORGE MUNOZ’S SPEAKING SLOT
This year under the guiding theme «Industrial Transformation», industry thought leaders presented their technologies and ideas for the factories, energy systems and supply chains of the future. Our VP of Business and Marketing, Jorge Munoz was selected to deliver a lecture on “The road to Autonomous Everything” where he talked about the vision and scope of Unmanned Life and the significant role its playing to make the autonomous future a reality.
We have made another meaningful step in our journey into the German market, and I am Glad I had the opportunity to present the concept that keeps inspiring Unmanned Life’s technology at the mythical Hannover Messe said Jorge Munoz, VP of Business and Marketing.
LIVE STREAMED PRESENTATION FOR TELEFONICA GERMANY’S CEO
A live stream presentation of our autonomous orchestration of robotics demo was planned for Markus Haas, the CEO of Telefonica Germany who was in Berlin, so him and the German press could share the same experience and direct engagement as other guests visiting our booth at Hannover Messe. This was an important evening for us as it substantiated the power of our platform and the extraordinary results it can achieve on a larger more commercial scale. This will allow us to expand our business potential in the German market.
CTO, KIM CLEMENT’S INTERVIEW BY TELEFONICA GERMANY
Unmanned Life’s CTO, Kim Clement got interviewed by Telefónica Germany about our company and its advanced technological capabilities in accelerating Industry 4.0 and Smart cities. Kim talked about the power of our unique software platform that enables individual robots of different type and different functionalities to work together as one autonomous work force. Kim also highlighted our strong partnership with big Telcos like Telefonica.
«To create end to end solution and to lever robotics, we require robust and reliable mobile connectivity so we need to work together with partners in that Eco-system» Kim added.
On June 2nd, the event came to a close. Our team had a strong presence at the event, making it a success. Advanced technologies like 5G, AI, and Edge computing are approaching the reliability metrics that will allow autonomous solutions to realise their full potential, and Unmanned Life is helping to make that a reality. At Unmanned Life, we believe that putting the Autonomous Everything concept into effect will be critical to the growth of industries. End-to-end autonomous solutions will propel the industrial transformation to a more sustainable, efficient, and profitable state.
